Job Title

Responsibilities – What We Expect From You:

• Responsibility for projects in technical facility engineering as well as the management of real estate projects in existing buildings and in new, remodeling, or renovation projects.
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of technical measures on buildings, systems, and infrastructures.
• Project management and project control including time, cost, and quality tracking.
• Management of external service providers, specialist planners, subcontractors, and technical operators.
• Tendering, awarding, commissioning, and acceptance of construction and maintenance services.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal guidelines in technical building management.
• Participation in the development and implementation of management, maintenance, and investment strategies.
• Analysis of technical risks, derivation of measures, and support of renovation and optimization projects.
• Close cooperation with asset management, construction department, property management, controlling, and external partners.
• Creation of reports, decision aids, project status reports, and technical documentation.

Qualifications – What We Are Looking For:

• Completed technical or real estate management studies, e.g., facility management, property management, civil engineering, building services technology, architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in facility engineering, technical property management, or real estate/construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance projects, building technology, or technical property management.
• Experience in project management, tender procedures, cost control, and service provider management.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations such as HOAI, VOB, DIN, as well as technical standards in building operations.
• Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of CAFM, project management, or real estate software is advantageous.
• Very good German language skills, English language skills are desirable.
• Strong technical understanding and structured, analytical working methods.
• High level of personal responsibility and organizational skills.
• Communication and assertiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Teamwork, flexibility, and a confident demeanor.
• High commitment and solution-oriented, economic thinking.
• Enjoyment in managing complex projects and working at the interface between technology, real estate, and management.
