Job Title

Responsibilities
- What We Expect From You:

• Responsibility for the overall design of customer-specific diesel power generation generators
• Design of various components on the power generation unit (focus on mechanics) and creation of drawings (e.g., arrangement drawings and component lists)
• Definition, assignment, and verification of work packages to internal and external development partners – e.g., partners in India/China
• Coordination of interfaces (e.g., mechanical/electrical) within the interdisciplinary project team
• Support of sales organizations with technical questions
• Creation of documentation materials
• Creation of test protocols
• Point of contact in application-technical questions for internal partners (sales, assembly, customer service, etc.)

Qualifications
- What We Wish For:

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics
• Several years of experience as a designer with CAD & PLM software (e.g., Creo Parametric, Windchill)
• Good SAP knowledge
• Ideally experience in project management and in the handling of customer projects
• Good IT skills
• Independent, goal-oriented working style, team capability, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to occasionally travel worldwide
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
