- Conduct pre-planning studies and demonstrate feasibility of proposed developments for special projects, prospective and existing land banks.
- Involved in development cycle for projects from conceptualization and pre-planning to planning and construction.
- Monitor and ensure project activities are fulfilled on schedule and that the project is delivered per the timelines set and approved.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business, or similar.
- Licensed Architect or Engineer is a plus.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in site planning and design and/or related work in a real estate firm.
- Proficient in CAD and MS Office Applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and project management skills.
- With an eye for detail.
- Proven effectiveness in a team-based environment.
