Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking a Table Games Supervisor in Mescalero, NM. This role is responsible for supervising the conduct of gaming activities, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining compliance with casino policies.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree or relevant experience, including at least two years as a casino Floor Supervisor. The position involves training team members and ensuring all table games are operated fairly and accurately.
Strong supervisory skills, conflict resolution abilities, and knowledge of gaming rules are essential. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
