Position: H5000 GENERAL STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER
Location: Mescalero

The Assist Manager supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the General Store, including slots, security, cashiers, kitchen staff and supervisors. This role ensures smooth store functioning, promotes a positive work environment, and upholds high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

  • Ability

    • Assist in managing daily store operations and staff coordination.
    • Monitor slot activities and ensure compliance with Title 31 reporting requirements.
    • Support inventory control, product placement, and ordering processes.
    • Help implement promotional activities and upselling strategies.
    • Assist in reviewing daily/monthly reports and identifying unusual activity.
    • Support hiring, training, and scheduling of team members.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff under manager direction.
    • Foster positive team dynamics and resolve minor conflicts.
