Job Summary:
Main Bank Cashier performs and records cash transactions to support casino gaming operations.
- Explain and demonstrate hospitality behaviors and performance standards.
- Understand where to obtain information needed to complete tasks to standard.
- Explain and demonstrate technical skills used to complete tasks to standard.
- Explain or demonstrate the behavioral values or standards needed to complete tasks to standard.
- Take ownership of problems and solve them when solutions may not be available.
- Request help from others when needed to complete tasks or goals.
- Know and communicate IMGR&C products and services.
- Provide guests with directions or other venue information; respond to comments/complaints promptly, professionally, and friendly.
- Meet expected end results and standards in key responsibilities and technical/operational SOPs and task lists.
- Respond to obstacles; find new ways to reach desired results.
- Take charge to respond to guest or internal customer needs when no guidance is provided.

- Report all guest complaints and compliments to Supervisor or Manager.
- Report all situations where resort grounds or equipment do not meet IMGR&C standards to Supervisor or Manager.

- Help other departments achieve success.
- Report ideas to increase team success and guest satisfaction to Supervisor or Manager.

- Responsible for internal customer transactions (department and other casino/resort departments); even money exchange, distribution of monies to appropriate persons upon completion of correct forms.
- Maintain Cage and Main Bank accountability and related documents and safeguards for gaming chips, numerically controlled documentation and supply inventory, reconciliation.
- Verify currency of $20.00 and higher for authenticity.
- Ensure completion of all required forms.
- Complete necessary paperwork to comply with federal currency transaction reporting requirements (Title 31).
- Calculate and perform daily bank deposits.
- Verify funds transfer from Soft Count.
- Perform daily deposits of monies and checks to the bank.
- Maintain redemption machines with appropriate fill levels.
- Build and maintain cashier banks for distribution upon completion of correct forms.
