Role Description

The Table Games Craps Dealer is responsible for dealing craps games in a professional, accurate, and courteous manner, ensuring compliance with all gaming procedures and regulations. This full-time, on-site role in Isleta, NM includes managing game pace, handling chips, payouts, and wagers, and clearly announcing bets and outcomes. The dealer will provide attentive customer service, explain game rules to guests as needed, and maintain a positive, engaging table atmosphere.

Daily tasks also include monitoring for game integrity, reporting irregularities, collaborating with pit supervisors, and supporting other table games such as roulette when required.

Qualifications
  • Table games proficiency in craps and roulette, with strong understanding of rules, odds, and standard casino procedures.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to announce bets and outcomes and explain rules to guests.
  • Customer service skills focused on creating a welcoming environment, addressing guest questions, and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse guests and team members, maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform quick mental math, handle chips and currency accurately, and follow regulatory and internal controls.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to responsible gaming practices.
  • Prior casino dealing experience or formal dealer training preferred; ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
