Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of risk management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor trading activities and enforce risk controls to protect the firm's assets.
- Risk Management System Handling:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of risk management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Research & Development in Trading:
Conduct thorough research to identify new trading opportunities and strategies; analyze market trends, data, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights; collaborate with internal teams to implement and refine trading models that drive growth and profitability. - Client Support & Relationship Management:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth trading experience; build and maintain strong client relationships; coordinate with different departments to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services. - Back Office Operations:
Manage back-office operations, including trade settlements, reconciliations, and documentation; ensure the accuracy and integrity of all records; support the team in maintaining a streamlined workflow and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in RMS, risk management, or a related field. - Education:
A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline is preferred. - Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and trading platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
