We are seeking a Financial Services Representative to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently, maximizing growth, and providing excellent customer service.
Hourly PayStarting at $15 per hour.
Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top‑tier customer service, answering questions and assisting with products.
- Process loan applications, prepare loan documents, and execute loan closings on current and renewal loans.
- Take and process payments, balance the assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposits; transport and manage money to/from the bank.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
- Follow up on approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for bank deposits and other job responsibilities.
- Self‑confidence, organizational skills, compassion, and a willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions.
- Team player who pitches in when needed and accepts help.

- Frequently stationary with regular movement, occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting up to 5 lb and may exert up to 30 lb of force.
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment requiring multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
