Position: Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate- West Hills Market
Location: Encino

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – Begin your career by obtaining Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7 and Series
66 licenses. Once licensed, you will be trained in building, managing and growing client relationships, guiding them through complex financial planning, and delivering comprehensive advice that helps them achieve their life and financial goals.

As a FSA I you will work at an assigned financial center, assisting banking customers, small‑business owners, and higher‑net‑worth clients. After successful completion of the FSA I stage, you may advance to FSAII, where you will deepen relationships and expand your portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in building, maintaining, and expanding their relationship portfolio.
  • Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and present client reviews with confidence.
  • Collaborate with core banking, investment, and Merrill partners to connect clients with suitable solutions.
  • Identify and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and deliver consultative solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain the required industry licenses (SIE, Series7, Series
    66).
  • Self‑discipline to manage time and capacity effectively.
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
  • Strong peer collaboration through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Results‑driven mindset prioritizing the client’s interests in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Capability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Quick learner who adapts to new technology or applications.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
  • Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license.
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
  • Client experience, branding, advisory, investment management, pipeline, referral and portfolio management skills.
  • Business acumen, executive presence, oral communication, risk management, and trading knowledge.
Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Schedule

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays, first shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour, based on experience, education and skill set. The role is base salary only and not incentive eligible.

All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register for the SAFE Act and maintain background check compliance. Failure to register or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
