Brindar apoyo en el área de Finance Procurement en el seguimiento y control de información, contribuyendo a la eficiencia administrativa del departamento
Conocimientos:
Principios Contables.
Registros contables.
Análisis Financiero;
Capacidad pata analizar variaciones y su impacto.
Persona Organizada.
Analítico: con disposición de aprender y apoyar.
Ingles Avanzado.
Excel Intermedio- avanzado.
Actividades;
Seguimiento con el área de Sourcing para obtención de información requerida
Apoyo en monitoreo de alertas por faltas de costo en sistema para emisión de Pos.
Organización de documentación en soporte en carpetas compartidas.
Actualización y validación de bases de datos.
Contar con Seguro Facultativo Vigente
