About the Role
At Bank of America, this role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position focuses on accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients while building deep conversations to understand their financial and life priorities.
This position is open for the entire market; specific financial center location will be based on business needs. After training at one center, you may be moved to another within reasonable commuting distance.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.

- Efficiently manages time and capacity.
- Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree in business management, business administration, or finance.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift and Hours1st shift (United States of America)
40 hours per week.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly, determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
