Busey is seeking a Special Assets Officer to manage a portfolio of complex commercial loans and to develop and implement recovery strategies. You will negotiate terms with borrowers and outside professionals, analyze collateral, and drive actions to maximize recoveries while maintaining regulatory compliance.
The role requires strong communication, deep knowledge of lending across commercial real estate and consumer segments, and experience with policy and legal requirements.
