Sum Up is seeking a disputes specialist to join our Sofia-based team, protecting customers and the business from fraud and payment issues. You will analyze and resolve cardholder and merchant chargebacks end-to-end and collaborate with card schemes and internal partners.
You should understand payment flows and card scheme rules, communicate clearly with customers, and stay updated on AML and fraud prevention standards. We offer a supportive environment with an annual L&D budget and generous leave.
