Duties
Help
* Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time.
* Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
* Serves as the installation Education and Training Section Chief. Program responsibility involves oversight of education and training programs and services.
* Oversees professional educational and vocational guidance and testing services.
* Administers the Education and Training Section's annual operating budget.
* Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher level management or headquarters.

EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must have at least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-02, equivalent to the next lower grade GS-11 or equivalent in other pay systems.
