• Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services.

• Responsible for coordinating the daily activities for the assigned unit including general clerical and administrative support to departmental staff and management. Independently transcribes orders and schedules diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Coordinates nursing unit communications and activities.
• Acts as a receptionist, greeting and/or directing patients, visitors, physicians, and other health care providers.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Two (2) years of related experience.

Preferred

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree;
  College Courses or related experience.
