  • Lovelace Medical Group is a multispecialty provider group which includes clinics, doctors and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care.
Responsibilities
  • Provides a world‑class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Accurately and compassionately schedules/re‑schedules/cancels appointments, pre‑registers patients using EPIC, and aids in patient‑to‑clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines.
  • Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
  • Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA).
  • Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare field/role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment.
Preferred

Job Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or higher in a related field of study.
  • Call center environment experience.
