Role and LocationDundee Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service (DDARS) is a multidisciplinary service which provides assessment, support, and treatment for those experiencing alcohol/drug problems. We are looking to recruit one Band 3 Medical Secretary, 37 hours, to join our multidisciplinary team based in Constitution House. The post is in Dundee; however, if necessary, the post holder may be required to work in our other offices across Dundee/Tayside.
Responsibilitiesand Expectations
Applicants should have excellent IT skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of professionals and service users. The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team is essential. This is an interesting and varied post, and the successful candidate will work closely with the Dundee Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service multidisciplinary clinical team to provide high quality and effective support to individuals experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
