Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process according to state regulations and hospital policies.

• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.
• Manage patients with ventilators, tracheostomies, and central lines, and collaborate on wound care as needed.

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Current RN license for New Mexico or multi-state compact license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association) are required.
• Proven experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care.
• Knowledge of central lines and preferred experience in wound care.
• Demonstrated ability to work critical shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
