Location: Truth or Consequences
Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitative services in our in-house therapy programs within Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Indiana, Arizona, and Missouri.
We offer competitive pay ($34–$40/hour depending on experience) and comprehensive benefits including 401k, PTO, medical, dental and vision, licensure reimbursement after one year, CEUs, mentorship, and a Clinical Excellence program funded by CRG.
