Developmental Specialist II

Salary Range: $19.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Are you passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities and delays reach their full potential? Join our team as a Developmental Specialist II and play a vital role in improving lives through assessment, intervention, advocacy, and family support.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct developmental assessments for children and adults
  • Create and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to families
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records
  • Connect individuals and families with valuable community resources
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • At least 1 year of professional experience providing social services, referrals, and/or case management
  • Knowledge of developmental milestones, assessments, and intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical professional standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Developmental Specialist Certification or related credential
  • Experience with early intervention programs
  • Knowledge of community resources and service navigation
