ABA Behavior Specialist – Paid RBT Training

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills
• Bring energy and compassion to sessions at a child's home, company centers, or in the community
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders
• Celebrate small wins and support life-changing milestones
• Complete training and documentation
• Maintain pace with clients during frequent sitting and standing activities
• Work in a flexible, on-the-go environment

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Telehealth/Virtual Experience preferred
• Flexible availability, especially Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
• Proof of MMR, Varicella, and COVID vaccinations
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Willingness to complete training and documentation
• Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client

Demonstrates expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children's communication, social, and life skills development. Capable of working flexibly in various environments while maintaining documentation and training requirements.
