Addus Home Care is urgently hiring a Flex Home Care Aide - Core. This role supports seniors and people with disabilities living at home, performing personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and medication assistance.
The on-call schedule includes 5 days per week with at least one weekend day and 20 hours guaranteed within a 40-hour work week. You'll follow care plans, report progress daily, and provide compassionate, reliable service with minimal supervision.
