Caregiver​/Home Care Aide

As a Caregiver / Home Care Aide at HONOR, you'll support the well being of our global workforce by providing compassionate in home care to employees and their families. In this role, you'll assist with daily living activities, personal care, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while using digital tools to document visits and coordinate schedules. You'll follow individualized care plans, monitor client well being, and communicate updates to coordinators or healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in home support to employees and their families, including personal care and daily living assistance
• Monitor client well being and promptly report changes or concerns to coordinators or healthcare professionals
• Follow individualized care plans and document activities, observations, and incidents in digital systems
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and safe mobility
• Use mobile apps and digital tools to track visits, update care notes, and coordinate schedules
• Collaborate with HR, wellness, and benefits teams to support HONOR's employee well being programs
• Respect privacy, data security, and cultural differences across HONOR's global workforce
• Participate in ongoing training on safety, first aid, and best practices in home care
