Flex Home Care Aide

Addus Family Company is seeking a Flex Home Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this role, you'll help clients remain safely and comfortably in their homes by assisting with personal care, mobility, grooming, and activities of daily living. You'll also provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship while following individualized care plans. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Remind clients to take medications as directed by care plan
• Offer companionship and observe changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
• Communicate client updates to supervisors and care team
• Comply with safety, infection control, and company policies
• Attend required trainings and participate in team meetings
