Critical Access hospital to bring on Laboratory Director! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!
Responsible for overall leadership, direction, and operational oversight for the clinical laboratory. Responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely diagnostic services across all laboratory disciplines while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Works closely with the Laboratory Medical Director and reports to COO. Sets department goals and ensures staffing is appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field. Master’s degree (preferred)
- American Society Of Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
- 3+ years of progressive hospital laboratory leadership experience, including supervisory or director-level responsibilities
