Location: Pojoaque
Nuclear Care Partners in Pojoaque, NM is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients' homes, supporting daily living and comfort for those impacted by DOE or Nuclear Energy programs.
You'll perform ADLs, offer companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, follow care plans, and document changes in EMR standards. CPR certification and a valid driver's license are required, HS diploma or GED preferred, with reliable transportation.
