Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient team in Encino, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician whoenjoys helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, function,and independence through individualized, evidence-based care.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercise,mobility, balance, gait, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers onsafety and home programs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing,rehabilitation professionals, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active CA Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility for licensures.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication,documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the applicable setting preferred;qualified clinicians at varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.

• Competitive compensation: $50 - $58 per hour
