Occupational Therapist (PRN) position focused on providing compassionate, personalized care to rehabilitation patients.
Responsibilities Include- Delivering direct occupational therapy services to promote patient independence and recovery.
- Supervising care, conducting assessments, creating tailored treatment plans, and addressing patient concerns.
- Building meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Celebrating patient progress and victories.
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred;
Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience acceptable.
- Strong interpersonal and assessment skills.
- Ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
