Under the direct supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer or designee, and in close coordination with program managers and coordinators, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision, oversight, and related administration and coordination duties for assigned programs/catchment area. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor conducts psychosocial assessments, treatment/service planning, crisis response, individual, group and family therapy, and staff training/support as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Masters, Doctorate, or Medical Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatry, Psychiatric Nursing, or related health field, plus any combination or graduate studies in the above areas
  • New Mexico Independent Licensure in one or more of the following: MD/DO, PhD, PsyD, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, CNP, RN
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as licensed clinician working with SED/NBD children or SMI/SUD adults
  • Ability to develop, organize, plan, and document clinical services; and ability to supervise clinical personnel
  • Ability to maintain professional standards of conduct and effective working relationships with clients, parents, regulatory agencies, and other professionals
  • Must be computer literate in order to effectively maintain compliance with BHSD Standards and requirements for use of computerized client assessments, data systems, etc
  • Must have and maintain current, valid NM Driver’s License. Must also have and maintain clean driving record, as well as auto insurance
  • Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred (English/Spanish)
