Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and support meaningful behavioral and developmental outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric clients (ages 3-7).
• Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during therapy sessions.
• Support the development of communication, social, adaptive, play, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior reduction strategies while maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
• Complete session notes and clinical documentation accurately and in accordance with company and insurance guidelines.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with families, caregivers, supervisors, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and ABA best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Ability to accurately collect behavioral data and complete clinical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and able to build positive relationships with young children and their families.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience providing ABA therapy or behavioral support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with children ages 3-7 years.
• Familiarity with behavioral health documentation and electronic medical records.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team.
