This correctional facility delivers outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population within a secure clinical environment in New Mexico. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery and maintains a credentialing timeframe of approximately one week. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary care needs of adult patients within the medium-security correctional setting.

New Mexico offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural activities suited to varied interests. Clinicians may enjoy year-round activities including scenic drives, arts and cultural events, and family-oriented attractions throughout the region.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients (ages 18 and older) at a correctional facility in New Mexico, working 24 hours per week on a schedule of preferably three 8-hour shifts, with two 12-hour shifts considered. The expected caseload is 10 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions within a medium-security correctional environment.

Required credentials include an active New Mexico license, DEA registration, and BLS certification; board certification is negotiable, and prescriptive authority is required. Candidates with prior correctional experience and at least 5 years of experience as a clinician are preferred, and proficient typing skills are required for accurate clinical documentation.
