Heritage Home Healthcare Caregiver Position

Heritage Home Healthcare is hiring caring and dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide personal care services to clients in their homes in the East Mountains/Albuquerque area.

What You'll Do:

You'll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Your work may include:

• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Providing supervision and companionship, and emotional support
• Helping with daily routines and activities
• Following the client's care plan
• Providing mobility assistance when needed
• Providing light housekeeping assistance
• Keeping the client's environment safe and clean
• Reporting changes or concerns to our care team

You Will Travel to Clients' Homes:

This is a home health position, so you will travel to different clients' homes rather than working at one location. Coverage Area:
East Mountains/Albuquerque Area, NM 87035.

You must have:

• Valid driver's license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance

You must be comfortable driving to clients' homes and transporting clients when required.

Paid Training & CPR:

No CPR certification? That's okay!

We provide paid training, including CPR training if you need it. Albuquerque caregivers will attend one required paid in-person training session as part of onboarding. Additional required training may be completed online.

Before You Start:

Applicants must successfully complete:

• Background check
• Fingerprinting
• Pre-employment drug screening
• TB screening
• CPR certification/training
• Required onboarding and training
