We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for a hospital-based position working with a mixed inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation caseload. This facility offers a collaborative team environment, strong clinical support, and professional growth opportunities.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and achieve their highest level of independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating patients based on individualized plans of care
• Developing treatment goals and modifying interventions as appropriate
• Completing accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participating in department initiatives, program development, and quality improvement activities
• Providing patient and caregiver education to support successful outcomes
• Participating in in-service training and continuing education activities

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.), Master's degree (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited and certified Physical Therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state Physical Therapist licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience preferred but not required
