Special Events Coordinator
The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for organizing and executing Inn of the Mountain Gods Enterprise special events that enhance guest experience and support overall marketing initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, vendor relationships, and ensuring successful event execution. The position does not supervise team members and reports directly to the Marketing Promotions and Entertainment Manager. This position will need a gaming license.
Other duties as required.

- Must be able to work Weekends, Holidays and be on call.

- Shares with next shift the information needed for them to succeed.

- Reports all guest complaints and compliments to Supervisor.
- Reports all situations to Supervisor where resort grounds or equipment do not meet IMGR&C standards.
