Location: Mescalero
Cleans and maintains guest rooms. Ensures complimentary supplies are replenished and stocked.

- Has complete knowledge and can tell others of IMGR&C products and services.
- Provide guests with directions or other venue information. Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
- Performance meets expected end results and standards in Key Responsibilities and those listed on technical / operational SOP’s and task lists.
- Responds to obstacles; finds new ways to reach desired end results.
- In absence of guidance, acts and takes charge to respond to guest or internal customer needs.

- Maintains Housekeeping Prohost trucks and keep stocked from support carts in closets.
- Cleans and sweep balcony areas.
- Strips beds and changes linen according to the green program.
- Removes trash from guestroom and bathroom.
- Wipes mirrors, windows and sliding glass door tracks and sliding glass doors.
- Dusts furniture in guestroom.
- Sweeps and mop floors.
- Stocks bathroom with towels and paper supplies.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathroom sink, commode and shower/tub and curtain.
- Stock all complimentaries such as coffee, tea, and condiments.
