Ice Rink Attendant Epic Pass

Overview

Resort Center Ice Skating Rink is a full-time winter position at an outdoor rink located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. The rink operates seasonally from November through March. The ideal candidate enjoys guest interaction, is self-motivated, and comfortable working in a busy environment. Working in the mountains, skiing, and meeting guests from around the world is encouraged.

• Rent skate rentals and assist guests with skate fitting
• Assist with ice skate rentals and general customer service
• Perform snow removal and operate the Zamboni as trained
• Handle high guest volume, POS operations, and basic computer tasks
• Primary work indoors with exposure to outdoor conditions as needed

• Guest experience is a plus; ice skating rink experience is not required
• Comfortable in a busy environment and able to work with a diverse guest population
• Self-motivated and reliable; good interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems

• Shifts vary by season; some shifts allow skiing before work
• Epic Local Ski Pass available for staff; free shift meals
• Additional earning potential from cash tips (typical range $40–$100 per day)
