• Take spa, lodging, and restaurant reservations across three software platforms
• Tailor each experience to our guests’ needs, from their first phone call to their next visit
• Process payments efficiently and accurately
• Attend to guest needs with joy and compassion

• Basic computer proficiency
• Efficiency and accuracy in payment processing
• Ability to commit to at least one regular night and/or weekend shift

Must have the ability to frequently stand for hours at a time; frequently walk short distances, to walk up and down stairs and over uneven terrain. Some work is performed in a non-traditional office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items.
