Key Responsibilities

• Event Coordination — Act as the main point of contact for assigned group and social events, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
• Event Detailing — Coordinate agendas, room setups, menus, audiovisual needs, billing instructions, and special requests.
• Cross‑Department Collaboration — Partner closely with Sales, Event Services, Culinary, AV, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution.

Pre‑Event Leadership — Lead pre‑event meetings and clearly communicate event requirements to internal teams.
