Responsibilities
- Mainly perform timekeeping related duties
- Provide support in payroll and benefits administration
- Assist in development and execution of and champion employee engagement activities and programs
- Perform other related tasks as needed
- Possesses at least a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent)
- Must have at least 5 years experience in Human Resources, particularly in Timekeeping, Payroll, and/or Benefits administration
- Is knowledgeable and familiar with all facets of HR
- Organized and keen to detail
- Can multitask and strives under pressure
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Estancia, Capitol Commons (Pasig)
