Sum Up is looking for an on-site People Operations administrator in Sofia to own day-to-day HR tasks, from hiring through offboarding, and to support monthly payroll with our external provider. You’ll maintain accurate employee data in Workday, respond to routine queries with a service mindset, and identify opportunities to improve processes and automation.
You should have at least 1 year in People Ops or HR administration, strong data accuracy, and a working knowledge of Bulgarian employment
