HRIS Specialist, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Human Resources Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting HR operations through strong HRIS data governance, compliance oversight, and day-to-day HR process administration. This role maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensures integrity across HR systems, conducts routine audits, and supports reporting related to headcount, turnover, and compensation analytics.
The position collaborates closely with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure proper configuration of codes, mappings, and eligibility rules while maintaining compliance with multi-state employment laws and company policies. Additional responsibilities include managing HR tickets and inquiries, updating policies and procedures across internal platforms, developing and refining SOPs, and supporting special HR projects as needed. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of HR or related experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with experience in systems such as Paylocity, ADP, or Paycom strongly preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources, HR operations, or a closely related administrative function.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and employee data management practices.
- Experience supporting onboarding, employee records administration, and general HR coordination activities.
- Familiarity with payroll-related processes or collaboration with payroll systems such as ADP and platforms such as Paylocity.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information accurately and professionally.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organization and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are a plus.
