Associate Human Resources Generalist

Located in Clayton, New Mexico, this onsite role supports an adult corrections facility by delivering a broad range of HR services to staff and management. The Associate Human Resources Generalist handles payroll processes, assists with hiring and performance activities, and conducts audits of HR programs to help ensure compliance. The position offers a hourly rate ranging from $22 to $33 and requires at least two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and practical work.

• Facilitate human resource processes, including payroll administration
• Assist with employee hiring, performance reviews, terminations, and recruitment activities
• Audit payroll and other HR programs to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Associate degree in any field; or any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience totaling two years may substitute for the degree
• Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License
• Employment is contingent upon a pre-employment background investigation

The role provides a broad range of supportive Human Resource functions for staff and management within an adult correctional facility.
