Position OverviewWe are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operations across North America (U.S. & Mexico). This role will act as a strategic HR partner, aligning business goals with people strategy, supporting leadership teams in workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership- Act as the main HR contact for managers and leadership teams.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Translate business needs into HR solutions aligned with company goals.
- Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Support performance management and development processes.
- Advise leaders on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws (federal, state, local).
- Oversee HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, audits.
- Support multi-state operations and field workforce compliance.
- Support recruitment and staffing strategies.
- Participate in headcount planning.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams across U.S. and Mexico.
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related.
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience as HRBP or HR Manager.
- Experience in renewable energy, industrial, or project-based environments (preferred).
- Experience supporting multi-state U.S. operations.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws.
- Fluent Spanish + Intermediate/Advanced English.
- Strategic thinking and business orientation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in fast-paced, project-driven environments
- High level of discretion and judgment
