- Manage recruiting for multiple positions, from intake meetings and job postings through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to establish clear qualifications, compensation expectations, and interview criteria.
- Source qualified candidates through outreach, referrals, job boards, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and interest.
- Coordinate assessments and interviews, collect timely feedback, and maintain candidate engagement.
- Present qualified candidates with clear summaries explaining how their experience matches the role.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and report on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting results.
- Identify hiring obstacles and recommend practical improvements to sourcing, screening, and the candidate experience.
- At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
- Demonstrated success filling multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience proactively sourcing candidates and filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics to manage pipelines and improve results.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organization skills, with the ability to hold hiring partners accountable for timely decisions.
Experience recruiting for law firms or legal services is preferred.
