Responsibilities
- What We Expect From You:

  • Development of a holistic concept for optimizing the data landscape in after-sales with the aim of enabling and improving the use of AI-supported analysis procedures
  • Identification and evaluation of potential AI use cases:
    This includes the analysis of usage potentials as well as the prioritization of suitable use cases taking into account feasibility, scalability, and business value
  • Conducting a structured literature review and analysis of current state-of-the-art methods in the field of data analytics and artificial intelligence with a focus on the processing and analysis of structured and unstructured data
  • Conceptualization and prototypic implementation of a selected AI use case to validate the identified potentials

Qualifications
- What We Are Looking For:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of computer science, business informatics, data science, artificial intelligence or comparable course of study
  • Programming skills in Python, particularly in the area of data analysis and machine learning
  • Knowledge of statistical models and analysis methods, especially in the area of clustering and exploratory data analysis
  • Proficient use of tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI for creating dashboards and reports
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in speech and writing
  • Independent and structured working method
