* APPLICANT MUST BE PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN NORTHERN NEW MEXICO

About Navi

Navi is a youth-designed digital wellness platform that helps teens navigate everyday challenges—such as stress, relationships, school pressure, and life transitions—by creating short, actionable plans. Navi is not therapy and not crisis care; it is a support tool built in partnership with young people. We work closely with schools, community organizations, and youth leaders to ensure programs are equitable, trusted, and genuinely shaped by youth voice.

Overview

The New Mexico Community Implementation Manager is responsible for leading on-the-ground rollout, adoption, and sustained use of Navi’s community-based platform across assigned Northern New Mexico in close partnership with Navi leadership. This role sits at the intersection of community partnerships, implementation operations, and user feedback, ensuring that local stakeholders—from school districts to health and social service partners—successfully adopt and benefit from the product.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply familiar with New Mexico’s community landscape, comfortable working across rural and urban contexts, and skilled at turning strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities Community Implementation & Rollout
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Navi, from kickoff in Taos through steady-state adoption across the region.

  • Support partners through behavior change and workflow integration.
  • Develop and refine training materials, guides, and local playbooks.
  • Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from youth users and partners.
  • Surface insights to product, design, and engineering teams to inform iteration.
  • Identify patterns across regions and recommend improvements to implementation strategy.
Coordination & Internal Alignment
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation of implementation status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Support reporting needs for pilots, funders, and state-level stakeholders.
Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years experience in community implementation, program management, public sector operations, or related roles.
  • Deep familiarity with New Mexico communities, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with school districts, health systems, or social service organizations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

  • Community partners are fully onboarded, trained, and actively using the platform.
