Job Title

Responsibilities
- What You Can Expect:

You are responsible for the improvement of service processes and associated IT systems

Develop the service template and a roadmap based on close coordination with key stakeholders and initiatives as part of the Sales and Service of the Future goal

Analyze and harmonize functions and data between different systems (S4H Private Cloud, various SAP ECC, S4H Public Cloud, SAP CEC, IFS Cloud & PSO, mtuGo Care) and between different locations

Achieve short-term improvements that contribute to Service Growth

Conceptualize and introduce long-term improvements in future S4

Hana solutions, with the aim of improving the user journey and user experience

Support the service business and companies worldwide in the planning and implementation of their initiatives as well as in global initiatives such as the S4 transformation

Achieve the approval for business process and IT system improvements by collecting, structuring, and finalizing business requirements

Analyze data, identify causes, and define measures that lead to the target direction

Collaborate with IT and external partners in market research to find suitable IT solutions

Coordinate project and improvement activities according to the goals, work together and coordinate with business and IT parties, review results, and conduct them professionally

Report on the status of projects/improvement activities according to the guidelines

Control and report on deviations from the project baseline as well as report on project-related key figures

Provide accurate reporting to the relevant stakeholders according to the established time and budget goals

Manage activities to minimize risks and increase opportunities

Qualifications and Skills
- What We Need:

University degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or similar qualifications
Comprehensive experience in process management (methods)
Ideally experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4; SAP CX and comparable competitor products
Experience in service management
Willingness to make decisions
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Analytical, structured, and communicative working style
Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluent in English and German
