IT Infrastruktur Architekt; m​/w​/d

Job Title

Design and further development of global future-proof IT infrastructure and cloud architectures in the context of intensive AI-based automation and agent usage

End-to-end integration of new solutions into existing IT landscapes: network, server/storage, platforms and middleware, workplace and systems management in the cloud, hybrid and on-premises in a Microsoft-based IT infrastructure

Control of infrastructure-wide transformation projects at Power Systems as well as between Power Systems and the Rolls-Royce Group

Contribution to the creation of stable operating models taking into account security, compliance and economic efficiency

Central role in the development and introduction of modern AI-based infrastructure

Consultation of stakeholders as well as close cooperation with internal and external partners. Close coordination with enterprise architects and infrastructure domain architects

Strategic advice and technical control in international infrastructure projects

Contribution to ensuring effective service management based on the ITIL framework

Communication of complex technical issues in interdisciplinary project teams – also in English

Negotiations and problem solutions at the interface between projects, architectures and operating models

Study in computer science, business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or a comparable qualification with extensive experience in IT architects and project work

Proven experience in the development and implementation of infrastructure architectures in enterprise environments

Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure architectures: cloud (e.g. Azure), network, compute, storage, workplace, platforms, middleware, systems management and IT security

Competence in the application of AI in automation, self-healing, auto-customization and AI-based delivery

Profound analytical skills, strategic thinking and high problem-solving competence

Communication strength and confident appearance at management level

Negotiating secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
