Lead Customer Experience Specialist

As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible to ensure the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding the order processing and purchasing activities within the department and adherence to standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer experience.

You will report directly to our Cust Exp Manager, and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of customer order processing and purchasing activities, ensuring timely and accurate lifecycle maintenance of all orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell systems, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive engagement in projects and process transitions within the department.
  • Successful, timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders / contracts / projects in the Honeywell systems.
  • Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/amendment.
  • Responsible for creating/extending materials in SAP operating system.
  • Follow-up on approvals for customer creation/extension/amendment.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in progress.
  • 5+ years experience in a Customer Services or related field.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience working in a multi discipline team/multinational environment.
  • Experience in reviewing and redesigning of processes.
